Housing Services

Every aspect of the Housing Department is centered on our residents. We create relationships to work together to deliver the best senior housing in northwest Arkansas. The housing department is responsible for the overall control of the management of 12 properties. Our senior population requires a range of support services to help them achieve stable lives. One of these services is low-income housing which allows them to live independently while fostering self-sufficiency and creating a decent, safe, and sanitary environment.

The Area Agency on Aging of Northwest Arkansas insures the availability of quality housing for
seniors. The agency manages and sponsors a variety of different housing options for seniors on
various income levels. Low-income housing is offered:

Low-income - energy efficient one-bedroom units for seniors living on a fixed income. Rent for these units is based on adjusted annual income.

Because the agency realizes the importance of pets, seniors living in agency housing are allowed to have a pet with the payment of a separate pet deposit.
